Expert DevOps Professional Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps expert to spearhead the development and operation of cutting-edge platforms that empower teams to experiment with and deploy foundational models, intelligent agents, and automated workflows at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tool Development: Design and implement internal tools, automation scripts, and developer-facing interfaces to streamline workflow efficiency.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on AWS to support hosting of foundational models and intelligent agents.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code: Implement IaC practices using Terraform/CDK to ensure reproducibility and scalability of environments.
  • AI Integration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to embed AI capabilities into business processes via APIs, agents, or prompt workflows.
  • Environment Management: Contribute to creating reproducible, scalable, and observable environments for AI and automation use cases.
  • Automation Best Practices: Promote and apply responsible automation practices across the engineering organization.
Expected Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in AWS platform engineering, including container management/ECS, RDS, DocumentDB, API management, secrets management, Terraform.
  • Solid cloud infrastructure experience with AWS (EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • Proven software development experience (e.g., Python, TypeScript, or similar).
  • Familiarity with database administration to restore, import/export, recover, and diagnose database issues.
  • Hands-on experience automating real-world processes or building internal tools.
  • Experience with Terraform or CDK for provisioning infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously across teams.
  • B2+ English proficiency.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Kubernetes (especially EKS) and Helm.
  • Exposure to foundational model hosting (e.g., HuggingFace, vLLM, Triton).
  • Understanding of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Weaviate, Qdrant).
  • Familiarity with AI automation libraries like LangChain, Haystack, or similar.
  • Observability stack: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
  • Availability for occasional office visits.
