Electromechanic Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of machinery, tools and equipment in the production plant through the execution of scheduled, corrective and predictive maintenance.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Guarantee the proper functioning of machinery, tools and equipment through preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical parts, following established procedures and protocols;
• Assist in equipment replacement and upgrading projects;
• Identify the need for purchasing spare parts for equipment under their responsibility and request quotes from suppliers and order spare parts via a procurement system;
• Keep updated records of equipment management under their responsibility, acting on relevant action plans, ensuring compliance and proposing improvements to the maintenance plan;
• Perform verification, operation and corrective actions on electrical panels of equipment, low voltage panels and substations;
• Monitor utility equipment, following specific procedures and act as technical support (electrical and mechanical) when necessary;
• Participate in the development and implementation of upgrade projects for equipment.
• Ensure product quality and safety through implemented GMP methods, communicate any occurrence that may impact product quality or affect the quality management system.
• Requirements:

• Education: Technical degree complete;
• Specialty: Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Industrial Automation;
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with relevant work experience considered;
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices (e.g. NR-10 standard).
