Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students;
• Develop a deep understanding of our pedagogical approach and learning expectations for each grade level;
• Analyze student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies to improve performance;
• Promote student engagement and motivation through differentiated instruction and feedback;
• Supervise teaching assistants and provide guidance on adapting activities for students with special educational needs;
• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment by monitoring student behavior and intervening when necessary;
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress and development;
• Attend professional development workshops and conferences to stay updated on best practices in education;
• Manage classroom materials and supplies, ensuring efficiency and organization;
• Report daily occurrences and share relevant information with colleagues to maintain a collaborative environment;
• Adhere to established guidelines and procedures while exercising autonomy in decision-making;
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for improving student outcomes;
• Monitor and manage student allergies and dietary restrictions, prioritizing safety and well-being;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
