Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Linux Support Specialist to provide expert-level technical support and solutions to our customers.

This role involves working with complex cloud environments, desktop and server issues, Linux kernel crashes, and OS configuration problems. You will be accountable for delivering an exceptional technical support experience on the full technical stack at Canonical, across cloud, desktop, and IoT.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems and open source technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
