Key Responsibilities:
This role will be instrumental in communicating the company value proposition to clients and partners in Latin America. You will work closely with our local sales team to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that drives awareness, lead generation, and customer retention across various verticals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to acquire customers, generate revenue, and create awareness.
- Coordinate local conferences and customer-facing events, including sourcing vendors and partners.
- Lead co-operative marketing agreements and education efforts with brokers and other partners.
- Develop and optimize messages and campaigns across integrated marketing channels.
- Provide marketing support to the Sales team for client expansion and upsell.
- Partner with Business Line Marketing Managers to support audience-driven product campaigns.
Essential Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or B2C marketing is a plus.
- Superior communication skills, strong attention to detail, a collaborative work style, and an unparalleled work ethic are essential.
- Experience with analyzing and interpreting marketing analytics.
- Previous agency experience within a digital marketing/ad tech environment is highly desirable.
Reporting Structure:
This individual will report to the Executive Director of Customer Marketing and require close collaboration with colleagues in U.S., APAC, and EMEA.
