This role involves overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day management of our global operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, food safety, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will design and implement operational strategies aligned with our company's growth objectives and performance standards across offshore and remote environments.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams, including contract managers, nutritionists, executive chefs, and housekeeping supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Overseeing planning, personnel logistics, and administrative operations to ensure optimal resource allocation, cost control, and seamless execution.
- Developing and standardizing operating procedures to enhance productivity, ensure consistency, and meet service-level agreements.
- Ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations and certifications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, logistics, or a related field, with a proven track record in executive leadership roles within remote site or offshore catering, industrial hospitality, or facilities management.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, nutrition, hospitality management, or a related field is required, along with a postgraduate qualification in operations management, logistics, or a relevant discipline.
