Job Description

As organizations' security infrastructure becomes increasingly complex, we're positioned to help them navigate every step of the way. With years of accumulated experience, our team of experts is well-equipped to address customers' security design, deployment, operation, and optimization needs.

The role involves providing services delivery expertise to ensure a correct solution leading to a smooth transition of systems and processes, aligning with architecture principles.

The successful candidate will primarily work from home but must be available to go on-site with clients when needed. Working hours are flexible Monday – Friday, with occasional after-hours to accompany customers maintenance windows and go-lives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical expertise in system architecture and design.
  • Ability to study and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity hardware, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Experience in developing SOWs, LLD HLDs.
  • Scripting skills are a plus.
  • Experience with Fortinet portfolio is a plus.
  • Bachelor's / University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Professional Services Architect, Consultant or Pre-Sales Engineer.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and transitional methodologies.
  • Relevant industry experience in NGFW and at least 4 of the following technologies: Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Web Application Firewall, Network Security Management, SIEM, Network Virtualization, Software Defined Networks (SDN) and/or other cloud-based technologies.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
