About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Study Delivery Manager to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Study Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of clinical studies across all phases and therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Study Delivery Lead to ensure the smooth execution of end-to-end operational study delivery activities, from study setup to study archival.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage clinical study management activities, including in-house and outsourced studies.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of internal systems, databases, and tracking tools, as well as project plans (CSAP).
  • Provide subject matter expertise across key processes and systems throughout the life cycle of the study.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as medical or biological science.
  • Relevant work experience in a pharmaceutical or scientific environment, preferably in clinical trials.
  • Excellent knowledge of clinical trials, drug development process, and ICH-GCP.
  • Strong project management skills, including analytical and financial skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, including external service provider management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and think independently.
