Cloud Infrastructure Leader

As a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Leader, you will oversee a team responsible for delivering a leading standard for customizing cloud instances.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and lead a globally distributed team of engineers
- Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development
- Work with Product Management to define the vision and strategy for your team
- Effectively set and manage expectations with other engineering teams and stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and growing people, as well as experience in leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring software developers. Experience managing distributed teams is a plus.
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring software developers
- Experience managing distributed teams is a plus
- Knowledgeable and passionate about software development
- Strong written and verbal technical communication skills
- Experience with a modern GNU/Linux distribution, preferably Debian or Ubuntu
- Practical experience with at least one of Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Amazon Web Services
