Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rheumatologist to serve as Section Chief of our Occupational Health and Urgent Care programs. As a key member of our team, you will provide medical leadership and expertise to ensure the highest quality patient care and exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical direction and oversight to our occupational health and urgent care programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional service to our clients.
  • Collaborate with our medical staff and leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
  • Supervise and mentor our physician assistants and nurse practitioners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Act as a liaison with our clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and to provide exceptional service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in occupational medicine and urgent care, and apply this knowledge to improve our programs and services.
Requirements
  • Board certification in occupational medicine, family practice, emergency medicine, or internal medicine.
  • At least one to two years of experience in an urgent care and occupational health setting.
  • Fluency in Spanish language desirable.
