Sales Group Leader

The ideal candidate will lead the Inside Sales team in the preparation of proposals and prequalification documents in response to customer RFPs, RFIs, EOI's, etc. He/She will provide strategic direction, organization, and overall management for pursuit and development of opportunities in Middle Game.
- He/She will work closely with business development managers and capture manager to identify and articulate overall proposal strategy and thematic approach.
- He/She will assemble a proposal team, manage proposal preparation and production, prepare for and supervise Q&A and final proposal revision activities.
- He/She will also work closely with joint venture partners, contract managers, and subcontractors to develop proposal material.
This individual will be responsible for leading opportunities from an Inside Sales perspective for Major Projects identified in the Argentinean market for Resources (Mining) and Conventional Energy (Oil Gas Upstream or Midstream).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and organization for pursuit and development of opportunities in Middle Game.
- Lead the Inside Sales team in the preparation of proposals and prequalification documents in response to customer RFPs, RFIs, EOI's, etc.
- Work closely with business development managers and capture manager to identify and articulate overall proposal strategy and thematic approach.
