Empowering Healthy Living through Personalized Coaching

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead daily video coaching sessions, empowering clients to live their best lives. As a Healthspan Coach, you'll work closely with our clinical team to create personalized plans addressing root causes of health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily video coaching sessions, building rapport and trust with clients across nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and long-term habit-building.
  • Provide expert guidance, balancing science-backed recommendations with compassion and empathy.
  • Collaborate with our Healthspan Physician Consultant to develop actionable plans based on client assessments and medical history.
  • Offer ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to help clients achieve lasting lifestyle changes.
  • Maintain accurate records and stay up-to-date on emerging research and trends in preventive health and longevity.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in health coaching, integrative health, or wellness program delivery.
  • Certification from a recognized program (NBHWC strongly preferred).
  • Broad expertise beyond nutrition, including exercise physiology, psychology, or related fields.
  • Exceptional spoken and written English, fluent, clear, and confident on camera.
  • A professional, private workspace with a reliable video setup and minimal distractions.
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, executive clients, or concierge medicine programs a plus.
