We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Global Payroll Compliance and Excellence Manager. This position requires strong leadership and strategic thinking, as well as expertise in global payroll operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing global payroll strategies, managing payroll policies, and enhancing payroll systems and processes.

This role involves providing strategic direction and support on global payroll for approximately 23,000 employees across 44 countries. The goal is to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing across all regions.

  • Enhance Payroll Processes: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize payroll operations, reduce risks, and improve overall performance.">
  • Provide Strategic Direction and Support: Collaborate with regional payroll teams to develop and implement effective payroll solutions that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.">
