We are seeking a highly skilled Master of Vessels to join our team in the offshore industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime operations and be able to effectively manage a vessel's crew and resources.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all personnel on board, as well as maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. They will also be expected to develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills of the crew.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Master of Vessels will be required to:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the vessel's operations, including its systems, equipment, and procedures;
  • Ensure that all personnel on board are properly trained and certified to perform their duties safely and efficiently;
  • Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment;
  • Monitor and report on the vessel's performance, including its safety record and any issues or concerns that may arise.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as a STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) certificate;
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master of Vessels or equivalent position;
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
    • Ability to work at sea for extended periods;
    • Physical fitness and ability to withstand the demands of the job.

      Responsibilities:

      • Responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive safety management system on the vessel;
      • Ensure that all personnel on board are aware of their roles and responsibilities in relation to safety;
      • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement;
      • Investigate and report on any incidents or near-miss events;
      • Provide guidance and support to crew members on matters related to safety.
