Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner

The selected candidate will be an integral member of the Brazil Talent Acquisition team, overseeing the recruitment operations nationwide.

In collaboration with hiring managers, the individual will assess business and staffing needs, deliver market insights, guide and shape the recruitment process, devise local sourcing strategies, and evaluate the quality and efficiency of the recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle
  • Identify requirements, establish expectations, and strategize selection processes
  • Create compelling and effective job postings
  • Provide consistent updates to hiring managers and collaborate with HR Business Partners as necessary

As required, oversee candidates through the pre-employment and integrated online assessment stages, conduct phone screenings and interviews, and engage in initiatives to enhance candidate attraction, including employer branding, university partnerships, strategic sourcing, and diversity, equity, and inclusion projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Full proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Extensive experience in the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Advanced expertise in headhunting techniques for both active and passive candidates, particularly in commercial and sales sectors
