Job OpportunityThe National Associate and Regional Director will play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of a prestigious entrepreneurship center. They will support strategic program development, partnership cultivation, and national coordination of initiatives.This individual will collaborate with academic partners, funders, faculty, and student leaders to promote business innovation, entrepreneurship education, and venture creation. They will assist in managing the operational and strategic aspects of the center, including working closely with regional directors, developing curriculum and programmatic activities, creating lecture opportunities for executives, and establishing relationships within the institution and various sectors.The NARD will track quantifiable data and statistical evidence to qualify the success of the center, including tracking student and entrepreneur success and recommending ways to improve it. They will also assist in formally planning, assigning, directing, and coordinating the work of the center's employees.Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • A Master's degree is preferred and significant relevant experience at a managerial level is required.
  • Seven or more years of experience in higher education, entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, or economic development are necessary.
Core Competencies:
  • Relevant leadership experience in a complex, dynamic environment
  • Experience with academic institutions and/or entrepreneurship is preferred
  • Ability to manage a network of strategic partners and experience working with C-suite executives to build relationships
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; grant writing experience is preferred
  • Possession of passion for entrepreneurship and community-driven innovation
