- Resource Alignment: Ensure IT resources are aligned with business needs.
- Innovation and Decision-Making: Drive innovation, best practices, and cost efficiencies to enhance business performance.
- Documentation: Develop functional designs for enhancements and projects.
- Technical Enhancements: Collaborate with technical teams on application enhancements and digital projects.
- Prioritization and Task Delegation: Prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities to IT personnel.
- Roadmap Execution: Assist in executing the Digital and IT roadmap.
- Process Improvement: Analyze dysfunctions and propose corrective measures to improve work processes.
Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders and provide support for acceptance testing and documentation updates.
