Job Title: B2B Systems Specialist

As a seasoned B2B Systems Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our enterprise by overseeing the ERP system that fuels our growth. You will leverage your technical expertise to bridge the gap between teams, ensuring seamless daily operations and continuous process improvement.

  • Monitor issues, coordinate clean-up processes, and flag root causes for resolution.
  • Determine root causes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Ensure smooth transitions of operations, reports, and concepts into updates, minimizing disruptions.
  • Develop best-practice processes aligned with our ERP and CRM systems, documenting work instructions for future reference.
  • Channel critical information to relevant team members at the right time, fostering effective communication.
  • Support global project teams to deliver maximum impact and results, driving business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop reporting concepts and manage data, providing actionable insights.
  • Support testing of new functionality and version upgrades, ensuring seamless integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
  • 4+ years of experience in operations or customer service within an advanced ERP/CRM environment.
  • Hands-on involvement with ERP implementation projects, process optimization, RPAs, and problem-solving.
  • Preferred experience with technical specializations such as databases, programming languages, and system integration.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with ability to understand big picture and deep-dive into details.
  • Effective communicator who proactively collaborates with peers and leaders across the organization.
  • Knowledge of main Brazilian taxes concepts and fiscal needs.
  • Business-level fluency in English and Spanish.
