- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications in software quality assurance, such as CSTE or CSQA.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum framework.
