Job Description for a Sales Representative

The position of Sales Representative is crucial to the success of our business. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for promoting and marketing our products in the assigned region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify, contact, and follow up on negotiations with key personnel within client organizations.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve relationships with key customers in the designated area.
  • Provide support and supervision to Portable Specialists in commercial activities related to the sales process.
  • Prepare and deliver professional quotes that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Carry out product demonstrations and presentations to clients and prospects.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Weekly Sales Plan
  • Weekly and monthly negotiation status reports
  • Weekly expense reports
  • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Report

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should also be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
