Receptionist - Maternity Cover

**Job Summary**

SABIS International School, Campinas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team on a maternity cover basis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Greet all incoming students, families, and guests respectfully and professionally.
• Answer phone calls in a professional, pleasant, and informed manner to provide information and create a good image of the school.
• Accompany new parents on school tours and inform them of the facilities and features of the SABIS Educational System.
• Assist the Admission Officer/Office Manager in providing support to new parents to complete documentation, explain the system, school policies, rules, and regulations.
• Arrange with SLO for new parent orientation and school tours.
• Assist in interviewing students for new admission to KG 1, KG2, and Grade 1 classes (if and when needed).
• Book appointments for parents with AQCs and prepare relevant documents and information in advance (including student profiles, infractions, and exam results) whenever an AQC assistant is not available.
• Receive parent inquiries (KG1 to Grade 13), transfer them to the person in charge, and follow up with AQCs, Head Supervisor, and Office Manager.
• Assist in student registration paperwork, procedures, and follow-up.
• Keep records for any announcements and schedules for all school activities (SLO & P.E.) and share them with parents, answering their queries precisely.
• Develop a positive, welcoming, and caring environment in the Front Office.

**Ideal Requirements:**

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• English Proficient, and Local language is a must.
• Pleasant personality.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work within a team.
