About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI Developer Associate to join our Engineering team in Sao Leopoldo. As a UI Developer Associate, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality user interfaces for our cloud-based Vendor Management System (VMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user interfaces using Java, HTML, JavaScript, and React.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design intent into clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.
  • Optimize UI components for performance and accessibility.
  • Conduct unit tests and end-to-end workflow testing to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Engage in design reviews and code reviews to receive feedback on the quality of both design and code.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
  • Experience in developing business software in Software as a Service (SaaS) distribution model using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with technical product managers, architects, and technical leads.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices, compliance, open-source technologies, and frameworks.
