About the position

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to optimize revenue per truck using data analysis.
  • Negotiate rates with shipping brokers for profitable options.
  • Monitor driver activities for optimal service hours utilization.
  • Balance home time requests with operational needs.
  • Communicate daily with drivers to enhance productivity.
  • Track cargo from dispatch to delivery and resolve issues.
