Data Governance Lead

As a Manager, Data Quality, you will lead our data quality program, ensuring high-quality data assets and adapting to changes in the ecosystem.
The team identifies and prioritizes opportunities for data quality improvement, develops strategic mitigation plans, and coordinates remediation activities with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data stewards to guarantee high-quality data.
- Assist less-senior data quality resources with complex data quality issues.
- Identify and prioritize new data assets for end users.
- Manage data quality dashboards and development.
- Evaluate business cases for AI and other technologies to improve merchant data.
- Provide subject matter expertise on data for product teams.
- Collaborate on future data quality platforms and processes.
- Prioritize data quality resources to align with organizational initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in people management with B2B and B2C data governance.
- Passion for research and understanding merchant relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience supporting technology projects.
- Understanding of emerging technologies.
- Analytic capabilities and experience with SQL, Hadoop/Spark, and business intelligence tools.
- Motivated self-starter with problem-solving skills.
