Retail Finance Manager Position

Drive strategic financial planning and analysis for a retail business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales, expenses, inventory, and other key performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making for the retail business.
  • Collaborate closely with category leaders and vendor managers to understand business drivers and provide financial guidance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan.
  • 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business.
