Job Title: Wind Turbine Installation Specialist

Invenergy, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Wind Turbine Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Field Services team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to field teams during installation and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-depth technical knowledge related to wind turbine installation, large component exchanges, and crane operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share technical expertise, best practices, and lessons learned.
  • Conduct training sessions for technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
  • Develop and customize tools required for the installation and maintenance of wind turbine components.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to enhance and optimize tool performance based on field feedback.
  • Provide guidance on the safe and efficient operation of uptower cranes during various wind turbine activities.
  • Evaluate crane suppliers for major component exchanges.
  • Develop standard operating procedures for all Field Services operations ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ensure Field Service activities are in compliance with applicable technical norms.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with Wind Turbines Operations and Maintenance.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience with Wind Turbines Major Component Exchanges.
  • Knowledge of local and international crane companies.
  • Knowledge of lifting, hydraulic, pneumatic tools, and suppliers.
  • Analytical, logical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
