Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Trading Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing functional support for customer requests across our multi-asset product range, with a specific focus on the equities trading and risk management platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional support for customer requests across our multi-asset product range.
  • Focus on the support and training of new and existing users of our equities trading and risk management platform.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:
  • Recent graduates or individuals with up to 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong technical, functional, and customer service skills.
  • Direct interaction with clients and trading floors.
  • Exposure to complex financial products.
  • A career pathway in trade support, product management, or technical roles.
