This role focuses on providing pre-sales technical support to software sales teams. As a specialist, you will be responsible for database tools, data governance, and endpoint security solutions.
- Collaborate with sales staff to understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
- Assist in making presentations on selected company software products and services.
- Support the preparation of product specifications and proposal materials.
- Participate in customer needs analysis and gather technical requirements.
- Coordinate internal resources and support pre-sales activities.
- Create demand for software solutions through research and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Up to 1 year of experience in IT or technical support roles, internships, or academic projects.
- Proficiency in Database Technologies, SQL and NoSQL such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgresSQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, Databricks, and others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn in a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to support presentations and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Motivated to work in a collaborative team and develop within a fast-paced environment.
