We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team. The primary focus will be on designing, configuring, and optimizing both self-hosted and cloud environments for various enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and configure both self-hosted and cloud environments.
  • Migrate self-hosted Atlassian instances to the cloud.
  • Create custom project templates, workflows, reporting solutions, and others.
  • Integrate Atlassian tools with external systems and platforms.
  • Provide post-migration support, including troubleshooting and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.
  • Document workflows, processes, and migration steps.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (Cloud & Data Center).
  • Experience with cloud-based reporting and integration.
  • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks.
  • Understanding of identity and access management, data privacy, and security best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
