Bilingual Senior Event Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Senior Event Planner to join our events team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and executing medium to large-scale events.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in event planning, advanced or fluent English language skills, and a strong ability to work under pressure.

- Develop and manage the annual event calendar aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee logistics, including transportation, accommodation, setup, and teardown processes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns, including digital and physical materials.
- Prepare and monitor event budgets, ensuring cost control and ROI optimization.
- Ensure smooth event execution by managing support teams and resolving real-time issues.
- Create post-event reports with success metrics and recommendations for improvements.
- Identify potential issues before and during the event and develop contingency plans.
- Ensure all aspects of the event comply with local regulations.
