ServiceNow Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Birlasoft. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in configuring IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management. Additionally, they will have expertise in developing ServiceNow applications using REST/SOAP Web services, Java scripting, and other technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Configure ITSM processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management
* Develop ServiceNow applications using REST/SOAP Web services, Java scripting, and other technologies
* Design and implement ServiceNow reports and performance analytics
* Create custom processes, third-party integrations, and applications
* Set up ServiceNow integration with LDAP/SSO, Email, Chat, and other systems
* Implement domain separation and data segregation

Requirements:

* Strong experience in ITSM process configuration
* Expertise in ServiceNow development, including REST/SOAP Web services and Java scripting
* Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade, cloning, and HI support
* Experience with ServiceNow integration, including LDAP/SSO, Email, Chat, and other systems
* Good English communication skills
