Project Manager - Substation Engineering

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our substation engineering team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to delivery and closeout.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the execution of substation engineering projects from initiation to delivery
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality performance
  • Mentor and guide project engineers and technicians to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical engineering industry
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
