Job Description

The RMA/Returns Analyst II plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless purchasing and logistics processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing quotes for internal stakeholders and equipment suppliers.
  • Establishing and maintaining an Approved Supplier List (ASL).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop sourcing rules and obtain supplier information.
  • Generating purchasing reports and delivering insights to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution and 2-5 years' experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise discretion in high-pressure situations.
  • Working knowledge of procurement systems and logistics operations.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams in an enterprise-level environment.
