Job Title: Strategic Procurement Manager

">Job Description:

The Strategic Procurement Manager will lead and develop procurement strategies to ensure the strategic sourcing and supplier management of safes, money processing equipment, and ATMs. This role will drive cost savings, optimize supplier performance, and ensure alignment between procurement strategies and business objectives.

This is a key leadership role that requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (business owners, Finance, Legal, etc.) to deliver value across the organization and support enhancement of the procurement function's capabilities.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute global procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

    • Ensure category planning and execution to align with key priorities for category related spend across all geographies and business units.

    • Establish long-term partnerships with key suppliers while maintaining competitiveness.

    • Support and lead the management of global suppliers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

    • Negotiate and implement global contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

    • Manage supplier performance to improve quality, delivery, cost, and innovation.

    • Oversee regular supplier reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.

  • Proven experience managing large, complex supplier relationships across multiple regions.

  • Strong knowledge of Capital and/or equipment sourcing, with experience in parts and services a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and driving cost savings.

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive procurement strategies.

This is a full-time position at a mid-senior level.
