We're looking for a highly skilled professional to manage validation testing on customer products.

This role involves managing a portfolio of customer projects, interfacing with a diverse global team in a fast-paced services environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biological sciences and experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.

They should also possess advanced English and Spanish language skills, as well as availability to work in Mexico timezone.

Project management and coordination skills are a plus.

This position requires someone who is passionate about innovation and committed to improving human life through solutions in Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage validation testing on customer products.
  • Manage a portfolio of customer projects.
  • Interface with a diverse global team while working in a fast-paced services environment.
  • Design, conduct, and report study results to external biotech and pharmaceutical customers.
  • SUPPORT PRODUCTS IN CUSTOMER APPLICATIONS.
  • Provide technical expertise for the validation aspect of customer filtration processes.
  • Project planning, timeline management, customer communication, and technical consultancy to adapt service scope to specific customer needs.
  • Testing includes bacterial retention, filter integrity, chemical compatibility, and extractables & leachables testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or related field.
  • Previous experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
  • Availability to work in Mexico timezone.
  • Experience in project management/coordinating is a plus.
