As a Senior Project Engineer, you will lead projects or relevant project tasks in accordance with both contractual requirements and internal requirements. You may be assigned to lead projects, scopes within a major project, or tasks such as Interface Management, Delivery Management, Area Management, Change Management, depending on the size and complexity of the work scope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams and actions for allocated scopes, inspiring others to achieve project completion as per plan.
  • Support the Project/Program Manager in the management of project scopes.
  • Cultivate and build teams based on skills, expertise, and temperament.
  • Forecast project bottlenecks and risks and act in advance.
  • Promote initiatives for savings and optimize project execution.
  • Set up project plans, follow up on project execution, monitor and report progress and KPIs (Productivity, cost performance index, etc.).
  • Responsible for allocated budget proposals and their follow-up.
  • Support and manage project workload, decision-making, and resource allocation.
  • Influence stakeholders to follow up on the project execution schedule.
  • Act as company representative towards customers, authorities, and other relevant stakeholders as required.
