Ensuring Stock Excellence is a key aspect of our team's operational duties, which involve partnering with Store Management and Retail Operations to oversee all back of house activities. Our primary goal is to maintain compliance with established procedures and effectively manage stock levels to maximize productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize stock management processes to boost efficiency
  • Familiarize yourself with shipping and receiving protocols, including necessary documentation
  • Receive merchandise directly from vendors, adhering to company standards
  • Coordinate inter-store transfers and handle damages in a professional manner
  • Manage shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain loss prevention standards by promoting awareness and upholding store policies
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail operations
  • Prior experience managing a luxury retail stock room environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities
  • Able to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Comfortable with the physical aspects of the job, including carrying boxes, standing for extended periods, and using a step ladder
