Job Summary:

Achteck Packaging Solution Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clerical Support: Provide clerical support including typing, filing, completing forms, answering phone calls, and taking messages.
  • Financial Management: Handle petty cash, canteen sales, releasing of checks, and processing utility bill payments.
  • Supply Management: Manage company office supplies, controlling and monitoring in and out of office supplies.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare transmittal of documents.
  • Parking Management: Process and monitor parking requests.
  • Confidential Document Management: Safekeeping of legal documents of the company.
  • Gate Pass Management: Prepare and issue gate passes for employees, stay-in, and visitors.
  • Liaison Services: Manage scheduled appointments outside the company.
  • Document Services: Photocopy, sort, and file documents related to admin activities, business transactions, and other matters.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate repairs to office equipment.
  • File Management: Safekeeping of all confidential documents of the Department.
  • File Maintenance: Maintain and update files using standard system.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Required)
  • Experience: Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Required), Administrative: 1 year (Required)
  • Language: English (Preferred)
  • Location: Santa Maria, Bulacan (Required)
