Expert Project Manager

Skillfully leading complex projects requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. As a seasoned SAP Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of international transformation projects in SAP S/4HANA.
- Strategically manage project execution to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain alignment between business, IT, and partners through effective collaboration.
- Oversee data migration, integrations, and cutover activities to ensure seamless transitions.
- Coordinate with SI partners, SAP, and third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality results.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and KPIs, and lead steering committees to drive project success.
- Perform change impact analysis and requirements management with stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.
- Support OCM teams and facilitate solution adoption through education and support.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with different levels (executives, business, and IT) to achieve common goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Fluency in English
- Availability to travel to Brazil (10–20%)
- Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA projects, including Finance, Controlling, and Consolidation modules
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
- Experience in ERP transformation (brownfield, greenfield, hybrid)
- Competence in agile and waterfall methodologies
- Strong risk management, communication, and global team leadership skills
- Experience in stakeholder management (C-level, business leads, end users)
- PMI certification (valued)
- Knowledge of Change Management
