Role Overview
As a member of the Applications team, you will engage in a global environment, responsible for managing application systems, architecture, design, data workflows, logical processes, and system interfaces to ensure harmony between software and hardware frameworks.
Your duties will include defining and developing architectural strategies and solutions, as well as providing recommendations for application enhancements, ensuring peak application and system performance.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Taking ownership of client requirements and inquiries.
- Executing client maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy and quality in all changes.
- Assessing the impact of development components, issues, or client requests.
- Facilitating knowledge sharing between ongoing projects and client concerns to ensure alignment with client and TSYS objectives.
- Staying updated on system and module improvements.
- Acting as the primary authority on all module/client-related matters.
Qualifications We Seek:
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Proficiency in C, Pro*C, or ANSI C;
- Desirable experience in Database Development, particularly with Oracle PL/SQL;
- Experience in large-scale enterprise systems;
- Project experience in client installation, configuration, testing, and training;
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols;
- Development experience in VB.Net, Asp.Net for web applications;
- Knowledge of ISO 8583 message format.
