Job Title: Director, Product Management

At Mastercard, we're committed to connecting and powering an inclusive, digital economy that benefits everyone, everywhere. As a Director, Product Management, you'll play a critical role in driving our product strategy and execution, from conception to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a product owner and lead strategic initiatives to enhance and expand our products.
  • Develop and communicate product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
  • Responsible for business case creation, product and pricing strategy, product planning, product tracking, and reporting product performance (KPIs).
  • Experience in product management and Studio methodology.
  • Pre-sale support for new customers, definition of use cases, and execution of pilots and POCs.
  • Identify market needs and translate them into product requirements, including AI/Machine Learning scoring solutions.
  • Define the strategy to capture and measure product value through customer feedback and create action plans to address customer expectations and concerns, partnering with the customer success team.
  • Serve as a contact for subject matter expertise with all cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Identify customer usage trends and revenue opportunities.
  • Perform annual product health check analysis to ensure product viability and strategy adherence.
  • Support the analysis and implementation of pricing initiatives for new or existing products and strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in planning, forecasting, and other financial management efforts.
  • Develop business cases for funding for significant platform enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking and the ability to implement plans effectively.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and managing across functional teams.
  • Ability to work with different teams and influence others to achieve objectives.
  • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of the payments industry, payments processing, and issuer fraud solutions.
  • Experience in fraud product management, strategy, or management is a plus.
  • Solid communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate research results into high-level summaries.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple complex projects with a variety of stakeholders.
