Gaming Community Liaison

We are seeking a dedicated community manager to contribute to employee engagement and help us excel in the gaming industry.

• Monitor and interact/respond with users on main social channels and profiles, keeping information up-to-date for monthly reports
• Organize SAC and community reports
• Support competitor monitoring and marketing team planning, creating, and executing community management strategies for current and future projects
• Foster, grow, and manage external channel reach, cultivating and maintaining relationships with audience channels and communities
• Support presentation and video script design, publication, and development for external and internal channels
• Assist in developing and expanding community reach, timely actions on internal and external channels

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Education in Marketing, Advertising, Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related areas
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Package (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere)
• Intermediate or advanced English skills
• Active user of social networks
• Good communication and writing skills, ability to interact with the public
• Ability to integrate easily
