We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Supply Chain Management professional to support our client's supply chain operations. This is a fully remote position with long-term potential, ideal for someone with both technical and functional experience in Oracle Supply Chain modules.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and support Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) and SCM modules such as Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, Procurement, and WMS.
- Provide guidance by aligning product features with customer business needs.
- Offer strategic recommendations and best practices during implementations.
- Analyze and debug technical issues using SQL, PL/SQL, Reports, etc.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve critical issues, set expectations, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Continuously improve internal processes and tools for better service delivery.
- Document system architecture, configurations, and support procedures.
- 2+ years of techno-functional experience with Oracle Supply Chain modules.
- Minimum of 2 years in client-facing leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and Oracle EBS R12.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher, and Workflow.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Team-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow.
