Director of Strategic Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Strategic Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading multiple projects and work streams in a fast-paced environment.

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-profile projects and ensure successful project execution.
  3. Manage and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
  4. Mentor and develop junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the CPG industry, with expertise in digital twin, advanced analytics, and product lifecycle management. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, peers, and managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and share strategic insights and perspectives with clients.
  • Demonstrate leadership in preparing proposals, SOWs, and business plans.
  • Proactively manage relationships within the organization and with senior client executives.
  • Qualify opportunities based on knowledge of Firm services and practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors and industry leaders to develop value-driving relationships and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the CPG industry.
  • Multi-year consulting experience in strategy, operations, and technology-focused engagements.
  • Domain expertise in 2 or more of the following technologies: digital twin, advanced analytics, product lifecycle management.
