Sought after Legal Associate Intern

As a Salesforce intern, you will be an integral part of our Legal Department, assisting with complex projects and daily tasks while gaining unparalleled insight into the legal issues affecting a leading cloud computing company.
You will work closely with in-house counsel and contract negotiators on regional strategies, participating in negotiations, evaluating legal issues related to contracts, privacy, and security matters, and researching legal and business issues to expand your knowledge.
This internship offers the flexibility to work from our office in São Paulo with the option to remotely work a few days per week.
Requirements- A 4th or 5th year law student interested in joining a technology company's legal department.
- The ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A positive and professional attitude, including dependability, responsiveness, and teamwork.
- Familiarity with technical Internet concepts and cloud computing.
- A strong interest in and/or experience in the high-technology industry.
- Demonstrated aptitude and passion for learning new things.
- A sense of humor.
- A commitment to and interest in community service.
- The ability to communicate in Spanish.
