HR Process Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Process Specialist to join our organization.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing user permissions and security roles, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to the HR team and end-users. They will conduct cyclic audits to ensure accuracy of employment and workforce data, design and generate custom reports and analytics, and maintain role-based security and access controls.

  • Manage user permissions and security roles in HRIS and LMS, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
  • Conduct cyclic audits to ensure accuracy of employment and workforce data, including maintaining organizational data.
  • Design and generate custom reports and analytics to support HR initiatives and business decisions.
  • Maintain role-based security and access controls, ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies, and support audit requests as needed.
  • Support configuration, testing, integration, and implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and/or new HR technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or another related field.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools. LMS technical experience is not required but highly desired.
  • Understanding of HR processes, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
