Finance Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator/Specialist to support our company's financial operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with third-party financial companies and HQ financial teams.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and reconcile financial records.
  • Communicate with vendors and customers, control company costs, supervise vehicle usage, and coordinate with the accounting team.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Administrator/Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, local policies, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and fluency in written and spoken English.

  4. Maintain vendor communication and follow-ups.
