About this Role:

As a Digital Engineering Innovator, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications using Java and React Native.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and React Native
  • Build and maintain native mobile components in iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java)
  • Architect, deploy, and manage services on AWS (including S3, EC2, Lambda, etc.)
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and QA to deliver high-impact features
  • Contribute to API development, cloud integration, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Lead technical direction on greenfield projects and cross-functional efforts
Required Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in software development
  • Strong full-stack experience using Java and React
  • Experience with iOS or Android
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services like S3, EC2, Lambda
  • Proven track record delivering production-level mobile and web applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
