Job OverviewThe Commercial Supervisor position is designed to oversee and motivate the quotation team, ensuring excellent service and proactive client approach.
Main Responsibilities- Goal Achievement: Establish and monitor goals with a focus on converting quotes into sales and achieving results defined by the Commercial Directorate.
- Closing Deals: Identify opportunities to close deals, leading strategic actions to maximize conversions and strengthen client relationships.
- Process Improvement: Propose continuous improvements in quotation processes and strategies, driving growth of the area and enhancing client loyalty.
- Commercial Experience: Experience in managing commercial teams, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.

- Talent Development: Ability to motivate and develop talent, guiding the team to high performance.
