Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Balance client commitments while supporting their needs and representing the firm positively.
• Lead technical discussions to devise solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Contribute to the development of client proposals.
• Oversee multiple project workstreams.
• Communicate client expectations and feedback effectively to engage the team.
• Mentor junior developers and technical staff, promoting best practices in digital technology and project delivery.
• Perform advanced system configuration and customization.
• Design and develop software extensions and integrations utilizing specific APIs.
• Demonstrate proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, .NET, or Python.
• Experience with Factory Talk Data Mosaix and Angular.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Postgress, and Mongo DB.
• Manage data migrations and ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
• Develop technical and functional specifications based on software design and performance metrics.
• Conduct advanced installations of development tools and perform system administrative functions.
• Assist in data modeling and mapping definitions.
• Provide effective status updates within teams and to clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and cross-cultural teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Digital Systems, Software Development, or a related field.
• Experience with ThingWorx IoT services and mashup development.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning practices.
• Experience integrating ThingWorx with big data platforms.
• Proficiency in Java, C#.NET, JavaScript, SQL, or related languages.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, or other relational databases.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux platforms.
• Knowledge of IT integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and batch processing.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and identity management.
• General knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development practices.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into integrated technical solutions.
• Strong presentation skills for technical solutions and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Proactive approach to resolving technical issues and navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Commitment to quality and timely delivery, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
